3 Sticks Lawn Care is looking for individuals with experience in the lawn and landscaping industry for crew member and a possible crew leader position(s).
*Able to perform mowing, trimming with w**d eater, edging and blowing off clients properties when performing lawn mowing service.
*Knowledge of how to prune shrubs/small trees is a plus.
*Able to operate commercial zero turn riding mowers, commercial walk behind mowers, w**d eaters, blowers, pruning equipment, aerators and other handheld equipment with efficiency while in a safe manner.
*Able to spread mulch, edge and w**d beds.
*Able to lift 50 pounds.
*Able to work in extreme weather conditions
*Able to communicate/listen effectively with team members and able to guide oneself with little supervision when needed.
*Able to work weekends, if needed.
*High attention to detail.
Knowledge of how to perform following services, but not limited to:
o Commercial Lawn Mowing
o Shrub Pruning
o Aeration
o Overseeding
o Mulching
o Planting
