“This is the nightmare I had with this cheater, liar, I would say this Hawaii Guy, his name is Ricky, he goes with name as Isileli Fangupo. He does not have a license, he uses other people's license. All he is doing is bilking, cheating and stealing money from you, I paid him $13700, but over two months, he barely showed up, barely done anything, if you ask him about progress, he is claiming you are not giving his payment. He is a liar, I was told he was doing the same to other people too. I am happy to answer any questions you may have, and show you the checks I paid him, and the photos for his no progress work. He is bilking! Don't be his another victim.”
