We currently hold a valid Class B California General Contractors License and trade specific licenses to perform work under classifications - C-16 (Fire Sprinklers), C-20 (HVAC) and C-36 (Plumbing). A majority of our work performed is new construction, remodel and/or retrofit and tenant improvement projects. Wesates Mechanical Corporation is a union contractor and members of the MCA (Mechanical Contractors Association), SMACNA (Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association) and NFSA (National Fire Sprinkler Association). The management team is involved in NFSA National Fire Sprinkler Association and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association). All of these provide valuable Education, Certification, Industry News and Publications to stay on top of current events, issues and training required for those certain trades. Westates takes pride in offering a complete package of mechanical services. The addition of the Fire Protection Division allows us to provide a full line of mechanical services and gives us the ability to coordinate three trades at all stages of development from consulting, budgeting, design, installation, and management-operations-maintenance. Westates CAD design is manned by experienced professionals, skilled at working with City Agencies, Architects, General Contractors and other trades. Westates is committed to the coordination of all trades prior to installation. These efforts can lead to fewer design changes and aid installation by all trades. Costs can be held in check and schedules can be maintained. Westates has established a FTP site as an information-sharing resource for smooth and efficient project development. With our FTP site, any individual or organization involved in a project has the ability to post drawings and other information pertaining to that project, facilitating the easy and immediate exchange of information.
