We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our team serving the greater Nashville market!

She brings a strong background in both retail and insurance sales, along with a passion for building relationships and helping people. Her experience, personality, and drive make her a great fit for our growing team and the customers we serve every day.

She’s married to her high school sweetheart, Brandon, and together they have a daughter, Vayda James, who is the center of their world. As a family, they love traveling — especially to theme parks, anywhere near the water, and anywhere with great food. In her free time, you’ll likely find her cooking, shopping, or binge watching a good TV show.

✨ Meet the Team – Jeremia Brown ✨

Today we’re excited to introduce Jeremia Brown!

Jeremia has been with Southern Homes & Restoration for 3+ years and has grown into an important part of our team. Before officially joining the company, Jeremia worked alongside us as a subcontractor, giving him valuable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of our process and expectations.

Similar to others on our team, Jeremia’s journey has included experience in mitigation and restoration before transitioning into project management, where he helps oversee both mitigation and reconstruction projects while guiding customers through the process from start to finish.

Prior to joining Southern Homes & Restoration, Jeremia owned and operated a successful trim business, giving him a strong construction background and an eye for quality craftsmanship that continues to benefit our customers today.

Outside of work, Jeremia is a husband to Haley and a proud dad to his two children, Kinsley and Kash. He enjoys spending time with his family, gaming, and has a passion for vehicles.

We appreciate Jeremia’s experience, dedication, and the care he puts into serving our customers and projects. We’re thankful to have him as part of the Southern Homes & Restoration family! 👏

✨ Meet the Team – Ty Spray ✨

Today we’re excited to introduce Ty Spray!

Ty has been with Southern Homes & Restoration for 2+ years and has grown tremendously during his time with our team. He started on our mitigation side, where his daily responsibilities included demolition, water extraction, structural drying, and helping customers through the early stages of the restoration process.

As he continued to grow, Ty transitioned into project management, where he now helps oversee both the mitigation and reconstruction phases of insurance claims, while also assisting with remodel projects. His hands-on experience in the field gives him a unique perspective and allows him to better serve our customers from start to finish.

Outside of work, Ty is married to his wife Morgan and enjoys spending his free time outdoors and on the golf course.

We appreciate Ty’s work ethic, willingness to learn, and dedication to taking care of our customers and team. We’re thankful to have him as part of the Southern Homes & Restoration family! 👏
