🔨 Skilled Trades (Employees & Subcontractor Crews)
We are actively seeking experienced professionals and established subcontractor crews for commercial and residential construction projects.
Trades include, but are not limited to:

We’re looking for individuals and crews who:
âś” Can read and follow construction plans, specifications, and manufacturer installation requirements.
âś” Work safely and comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
âś” Produce quality workmanship and stand behind their work.
âś” Show up on time, communicate professionally, and work well with clients and fellow team members.
Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. English fluency is not required for every position; however, all employees must be able to understand and follow jobsite safety instructions. ORB utilizes translation technology and provides language assistance and safety training to help ensure every member of our team can work safely and effectively. Employees are expected to participate in required safety and communication training as a condition of employment.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
Qualifications:
• Proven office management experience
• Invoicing and accounts support
• Document management and electronic file organization
• Experience uploading and managing project documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Office and occasional field support
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preference given for those with experience in construction.

🏗️ Project Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of construction project management and field experience
• Relevant education and/or professional training
• Strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication skills
Experience and knowledge base of all trades.
OSHA certification will be required
Experience reading blue prints, schematics and construction project programs.
• Salary based on experience
• Profit-sharing opportunities available for qualified licensed professionals

Minimum Qualifications:
• 5+ years of construction field experience
• OSHA training required
• Proven leadership and project management experience
• Ability to read plans and coordinate multiple trades
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
