🛠️ A day in the life of a General Contractor👷🏼♂️
Leave house at 7:00 A.M., grab a cup of coffee ☕️, head out to check on building for Pickl'd Perfect 🥒
Plumbing Passed inspection, added interior framing, and backfilled/rough grade. We're now ready for concrete 👨🏼🔧
Stop by our Insurance project, roof, siding, gutters are all done. Concrete stairs being poured, guys are great and don't need anything, close to completion, make list of what we need to punch out 🥊
Next up we head to Sharon Valley full remodel, hardwood floor sanding in progress, exterior power wash got done, and we're just about ready to start on cabinets and trim 🔨
Drop by the current Bathroom remodel, tile shower getting worked on, meet with countertop guy to discuss some of the custom features, shower curb, waterfall tops, etc. Homeowners are happy, everything going according to plan 😁
Swing past our Auld Ridge basement remodel, drywall in progress, and elevator install going to be upcoming in about 2 weeks! Looking awesome, and homeowners are super pleased!
Last stop is the Alexandria addition, our foundation work is 100%, framing package delivered today, and samples given to homeowners to start making exterior selections 🧱
