PureHaven Homes is looking for an Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our team—someone who keeps things running smoothly while creating a great experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What you’ll do:
• Be the first impression for clients, vendors, and partners
• Keep daily office operations organized and efficient
• Manage calls, communication, and administrative workflows
• Support accounting, project managers, and leadership
• Help improve systems and processes along the way

Who you are:
• A people person who thrives on connection
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Strong communicator with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (accounting experience is a plus)
• Local to Heber Valley or Park City
