Thids is the earliest I have ever come across a company applying lawn treatments in extreme northern Illinois as far as my memory recalls. Applying pre emergent while soil temperatures are still in the 30s and the next week forecast tobe in the 20s and 30s for daytime highs? Twenty plus years in this business has taught me this is bad business practice in my opinion. By the time it is needed the product (Prodiamine the yellow substance on the spreader) will be largely ineffective. Two weeks from now is closer to the timeline i feel comfortable with. These guys TRUely are not treating your yard like they would treat their own.

Twenty five years ago this morning I made a resolution to myself. I resolved that for one year of my life I would not work for a Boss any more. That was the goal. I gathered my resources and went to work for myself. That year was successful despite the turmoil of 9-11. I made the decision to give it one more year then another and yet another. I never had a formal business plan and plenty of mistakes were made along the way. Looking back over the past quarter century it is hard to believe that all that time has passed. I am thankful to all of those that have supported myself and my family all these years. My life has been a myriad gifts. Thank to all of those that have been a part of it
