Do you have foundation cracks around the perimeter of you house.
Your foundation an footers could be settling
If so your best option to fix the problem would be Hellical Piles.

Drilled in with a hydralic pump the piles can be 9'- 15' drilled in the ground to hit solid ground.
These are stronger than a concrete foundation.
Once drilled in the L bracket get bolts to the hellical piles an to the footer.
This ties the footer together and stops the settling of your house.
