Padgett Bros. is now looking to hire construction workers in the Heflin Al area. We can take experienced carpenters all the way down to high school students for summer work. Starting pay will be $12.50/hr to $20/hr but applicants can definitely earn more if they prove their value. Just wanted to show off one of our favorite projects from the summer. This is a 20x24 outdoor addition with Doug Fir beams and 2x6 T&G decking. One of the most exciting projects in Padgett Bros. history! This is a 20x14 screened in porch addition made with rough cut Douglas Fir and white pine with 2x6 tongue and groove decking. We extended the existing deck by 6 feet and rebuilt just about every part of this from the ground up. This job presented a never ending chain of challenges but the end result is something to behold!

Getting ready to start our next job which will be a 14x20 screened in porch addition, with rough cut framing and 2x6 tongue and groove roof decking.
