We recently completed this beautiful new home in Clancy, and while it may be smaller in size, the thoughtful floor plan offers some pretty big possibilities.

The home is designed as two separate residences connected by a garage, with each side featuring its own entrance and independent living space. It’s a layout that provides flexibility for the way families live today—and how their needs may change in the future.

It could offer aging parents the independence of their own home while keeping family close by, provide a comfortable space for adult children, or even create an opportunity for rental income.

Today, we're recognizing Michael Muir for the outstanding work he's been doing as our Pre-Construction Manager. Michael has been absolutely crushing his role, and we're proud to celebrate the expertise, leadership, and dedication he brings to our team every day.

With over a decade of experience across multiple construction trades and 14 years of service in the Army National Guard, Michael brings a unique combination of technical knowledge, discipline, and problem-solving to every project. His ability to guide clients from the very first conversation through planning, estimating, and contracting is a huge part of what makes our projects successful.
