A significant milestone has been achieved on the office building project. All underground utilities have been installed, the structural pad is complete, and the concrete foundation has been finalized. We are now awaiting curing breaks of the concrete and the arrival of the metal structure to proceed with the project. Considerable planning and coordination have been invested in this large-scale job, and it is gratifying to see the project's progress. We look forward to the next phase and the opportunities ahead.
