This project includes a custom residence with an attached stable, supported by 119 drilled piers and an extensive amount of reinforcing steel before the slab is ever poured. The work below the surface is what determines the strength and longevity of everything above it.

Our crew has this custom home foundation formed up and ready for the next step. This isn’t your average house. Along with the main foundation, we’re incorporating a large circular foundation that will support a grain bin silo as part of the home’s design. It’s a unique project, and we’re proud to help bring it to life.

This custom monstrosity is prepped, graded, inspections passed, and ready for the pour. From the forms, footings, cables, rebar, float, every detail starts with a solid foundation and proper preparation. A lot of work goes into getting a project of this size to this stage, and we’re proud to be a part of bringing it to life.

Stay tuned for the finished pour. This one is going to be impressive.

Big projects start with an even bigger foundation. We’re making progress on these extensive retaining wall footings, with thousands of pounds of steel and a lot of excavation going into what will be a critical structural element of this build.
Quality starts below grade, and that’s where we’re putting in the work. 💪🏽🚧🏗️

Big beautiful driveway coming to a close.

Clean layout, smooth finish, and a ton of square footage on this one. From the garage approach to the sweeping curve out front, this pour came together exactly how we planned it. Proper soff cut control joints, and a solid finish from the crew.
