Announcing the Exciting Winners of Our Scholarships!
Hayden Payne (Hempstead High School)
an accomplished student graduating in the top 10% he is 7th, he has an exciting journey a head at the University of Houston this Fall. As an FFA Officer and member of the Dairy Judging team, along with being a BETA Club officer, Hayden exemplifies leadership and dedication. With four years of experience in Cross Country and Basketball, Hayden’s commitment to excellence both in academics and athletics is truly inspiring.
Valeria Ocampo (Hempstead High School)
This young lady has devoted over 500 hours to community service from ninth grade through her senior year, exemplifying her dedication to making a meaningful impact. She has been actively involved with organizations like Waller County Crime Stoppers and Toys for Tots, provided essential food for the homeless, and participated in numerous community networking events. Additionally, her commitment shines through her work assisting seniors and veterans with Early Birdie Plumbing. With plans to become a dental hygienist at Blinn this fall, Valeria is poised to continue her mission of helping others in her future career.
Jocelyn Aguilar (Bellville High School)
has dedicated more than 1,000 hours to community service from her ninth grade through senior year, showcasing her commitment to making a difference. She has actively contributed to organizations like Waller County Crime Stoppers, Toys for Tots, provided food for the homeless, and engaged in numerous community networking events. Moreover, her efforts extend to assisting seniors and veterans through Early Birdie Plumbing. Looking ahead, Jocelyn plans to pursue her studies in the Sonography Program at CHCP this fall, underscoring her passion for helping others in her future career.
Claire Sechelski (Bellville High School)
has successfully completed six semesters in Agricultural Sciences, dedication and a current member in good standing with the Bellville FFA. She has maintained a thriving Agricultural Experience (SAE) Project and actively contributed to the Bellville FFA Alumni Sporting Clay Tournament for three of her four years in high school, showcasing her commitment to both the organization and her community. Her journey is a testament to hard work and heading to Texas A&M for the study of animal embryology.
