What’s under the slab matters as much as what’s above it.

Before any concrete is poured in a basement, a v***r barrier membrane is laid across the entire floor and a reinforced wire mesh grid is positioned on top. This combination controls moisture from below and gives the slab the structural reinforcement it needs to perform for decades.

Skip this step or cut corners on the materials and you pay for it later - in cracks, moisture intrusion and costly repairs.

The finished basement you see here started exactly this way. Every detail below the surface done right so everything above it lasts.

Most people never think about what’s holding their home up.

These structural steel I-beams are set directly into the concrete foundation walls before any framing begins. They span the full width of the basement opening and carry the load of every floor, wall and roof above them.

In a custom home of this scale, steel is specified where wood simply cannot perform.

The floor is the first thing you feel when you walk into a home.

This entry hallway was designed around a custom-cut irregular stone floor - each piece hand-selected and imported at the client’s request. No two sections are the same. The stone transitions directly into wide-plank white oak hardwood, with floor-to-ceiling windows lining both sides of the corridor.
