I have known Brad Schneider for many years. He has been instrumental in helping our county change and improve its codes, ordinances, and regulations in order to make Henderson and Henderson County a better place to live and thrive. All you have to do is look around at all of the new construction going on, and I can tell you from personal experience, the drive here in Henderson to attract business and industry by eliminating Henderson’s “business unfriendly” reputation has always been largely driven by the Chamber through Brad’s committees, or directly by Brad himself. I’ve been there throughout all of the bad times and then the good times. I’ve been very involved, much as a result of Brad’s unique ability to inspire people around him to join in making our lives better here. Regardless of your political affiliations, I hope you will let Brad continue his efforts to improve our county with the selfless drive that I’ve ever only seen in Brad. Please vote for honesty, integrity, and commitment to bringing back business, industry, and development of all kinds to Henderson and Henderson County.

This is a book that we published in 1996 containing all of the property owners of that year. It is the only book ever published of it's kind in Henderson, and according to our research, probably the only one like it EVER published in Kentucky. It took thousands of man-hours to produce and is a monument to the skill and dedication of the staff of Branson Surveys, inc..... it is now a rare book, and of great historical significance.. press SHARE if you like this information !!!! This is a book that we published for the city in 1995. It has great historical significance and is a testament to the dedication of the staff of Branson Surveys as public servants as well as professionals. Did you know that we have researched all properties between Green to Water St's and 12th to Dixon St's back to 1797 when the orig. town of Henderson was platted ? If you need information on your property history, give us a call. The project took us 3 years and thousands of man hours. It involved reading over 7000 deeds !!!
