Yes that is 💩...

Six quadplexes. No water. All day.
Water was shut off at 8 AM because a handyman couldn’t find the leak.

At 9 PM tonight, we got the call to come find and fix it.

In the meantime… one tenant decided to improvise. 😬💩💨

The photos shared are for educational purposes only. These are just two jobs where we were called in after another plumbing company told the homeowner or business owner the work was complete.
Unfortunately, the work would not pass inspection and was not complete, and the homeowner had to spend additional money to have it corrected.

We are not calling anyone out publicly. If someone would like more information, they are welcome to message us directly. Our goal with this post is simply to encourage homeowners to do their research, and be cautious if one quote is significantly lower than the rest that is often a red flag.

We don’t claim to be the cheapest. We do stand behind our work, use quality materials, follow code, and take pride in doing things right.
