So this may all be confusing. Facebook don't like it when I try to change the name so I'm gonna piggyback this page for a while.
Just to let you all know that I'm not A&L Sales and Service anymore. I have moved to a different location and have set up a welding, repair and fab shop. I carry inventory of bolts, steel and welding gasses. And can get you whatever you need by custom order of these products.
I also still sell Delux and Neco cont flow dryers. I will provide install and service in cooperation with Central Millwright in Henderson.

Binthere Ag LLC in Henderson NE is looking to expand our welding and fabrication shop. I'm looking for the right individual to help me in this enterprise expansion and assist in other areas of Binthere Ag LLC. In our shop we repair farm machinery, grain handling equipment such as augers and conveyors and fabrication of augers and components and custom fab anything that the customer asks for. The work is done in the shop and by service truck when needed. This individual needs to be well organized and motivated and able to work independently when needed. Skills that are needed include MIG and stick welding, cutting with gas and plasma. This applicant should be willing and able to learn new operations such as milling, lathe and TIG welding. The ability to problem solve and repair farm machinery is important and required. There will also be times when you will be needed to help me on my farm with irrigation and maintenance.
This position will be a full-time year around position and wages will be based on your experience and skill. I understand the competitive market we're in for labor. So, if your the right person wages will be fair.

Farmers keep breaking stuff and storms are always in the forecast. So we're looking for the right individual to join our crew! We are a dealer for Chief bins and buildings and a full line of AGI products. Some of the things that are involved would be; Steel building er****on, grain handling installation, grain dryer installation and service technician. Skills in welding, lathe and millwork and fabrication a plus. This person needs to be a self starter and have the abilities to lead a crew on the job site. Management position available to the right person. Wages are based on your experience.

One 70,000 bushel AGI grain tank and 10,000 bushel per hour grain receiving using a steel pit with a 16" pit auger dumping into 12" Hutch Double Runs.
