We were helping another contractor with some drywall repairs on the ceiling when we realized the drywall was damp. We cut out the sheetrock and discovered a roof leak. After climbing onto the roof and getting into the attic to inspect we found 2 leaks with one of the leaks needing a patch done in the roof due to wood giving out from water damage. We advised the customer that they should plan on a new roof due to the worn out shingles but proceeded with a patch to fix the issues and get it dried in until then.

The customer that called us for the emergency plumbing repair called us back out to do the drwall repair. However the wall was still wet. So we set up the fans to dry it out and sprayed it down to kill off anything that might have started growing and installed the patch.

It seems that the post was removed for some reason, so here it is again.Sadly, we wrapped up late, and the paint is still drying

Finished up the garage renovation. Turned an 800 square foot garage into living space! Framed up the walls to create 3 rooms. Ran electrical for plugs and lights. Hung the sheetrock, finished, and painted. Installed 800 square feet of flooring and installed the doors.

A staircase we just finished up! Beau was looking for someone to come install some treads on his stair case for him along with risers and skirtboards and reached out to us. So we came out and did just that! He already had them stained so he is going to re-polyurethane them after the install. He also had us install new hardwood floors on the landings and lvp in his kitchen.

🚨 🚨 emergency flood alert! 🚨 🚨. Pipe burst in the wall for a customer that manages office buildings and he called who he KNEW would get it taken care of! We came in and located the burst pipe and did as the customer requested and swapped it over to pex.
