Finally got around to putting up pictures from our big basement project this year. Our owners 80 year old basement needed an upgrade but they wanted to keep the character and charm of this 1940’s home. A lot of hard work from from putting in new electrical, new tankless hot water heater, new lighting, carpentry, storage, paint & cleaning. This basement finally matches last years garage project. Thanks to Scott, Andrea & Terry for finally getting it done and to Merrell Paint and Decorating for always supplying Benjamin Moore Paints for the job!

Black isn’t for everyone…one of the hardest colors to paint. It usually takes more than one coat to cover and your cut in lines have to be crisp against white. I think it works well in this mid century modern den.
