Our growing electrical company is looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you’re skilled in Excel, comfortable with QuickBooks, and can manage scheduling, we want to hear from you.
🛠️ What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate scheduling for multiple crews and job sites
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for job tracking, materials, and reporting
• Handle basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks (invoicing, expenses, customer records)
• Answer phones and assist with general administrative support
• Communicate with clients and field teams to ensure jobs stay on track
• Keep the office organized and running efficiently
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, organization)
• Experience with QuickBooks (invoicing, expenses, basic bookkeeping)
• Scheduling or dispatching experience is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and great at multitasking
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Office or administrative experience preferred
