We are honored to once again support the NC Mountain State Fair this year!

Heritage Circle returns to the 2026 NC Mountain State Fair, showcasing a range of craftspeople and offering a number of demonstrations that speak to our Appalachian traditions. With basket weavers, artists, blacksmiths, potters and so much more, this area offers fun for all ages!

Heritage artisans are located inside the Boone Building just off the midway and in Heritage Circle, between the Boone Building and the Ag South Farm Credit Heritage Stage. Heritage Circle is made possible in partnership with Carolina Storage Solutions, which provides the buildings for these demonstrations. Visit their activation at Heritage Circle to learn more.
