A few still shots from the road we put in going to the top of this steep hill where the customer is building his dream home. 5 million pounds of rock was hauled in for this job !

Customer had a pond built when home was built , due to improper grading and heavy rain fall the pond gathered excessive sediment. We “mucked” the pond back down to the hard packed clay bottom and piled the dirt off to the side to dry before the final grade is done on the pond bank.

Final grade on the pond we dug over the winter. The Ground is still a little damp, but before the pond was installed the ground was too wet to even walk on !

Swipe right to see the before ! Nice drainage pond we dug that allowed the trapped ground water to exit the soil and firm up the surrounding land. Step 2 is coming soon when temperatures rise and we’ll power rake new topsoil in and seed/straw.
