Prior to initiating rough grading and dirt work, we conduct thorough construction cleanup, ensuring the site is cleared and prepared for subsequent phases. Following this, we strategically place dirt in designated areas to prevent erosion and protect the home's foundation. Additionally, we graded the backside of the home creating a slope to facilitate proper drainage, directing dirt towards the sides of the home and around concrete structures to create a higher elevation for water runoff. Every detail is meticulously considered in our process.
