From these humble beginnings, the company became one of the most respected plumbing and heating contractors in the state. At Brogard, we understand your time is valuable, and your situation may be urgent; we answer our phones, and when we can’t, we return all calls as soon as possible. Our friendly staff is truly grateful for your business, and we’re very knowledgeable; our employees receive 40-60 hours of training a year to keep up with regulations and are very familiar with the products we carry. As a family owned business, we believe keeping our prices fair is the right thing to do; we’ll provide you with a free, upfront estimate, and we’ll never try to upsell our products or services, making certain you understand what we’re doing before we begin a project. That being said, we won’t cut corners; we use high-quality products and materials and industry-proven techniques on every installation or repair job we do.
