I’m very much a family man. I love to take my family to fishing, camping, hiking with my children's knowing that our children are growing up and this is a very special moment to remember every moment of joy and at the same time enjoying the best special moments with my forever partner and best friend "My wife". This time revitalizes me. But it’s important to find joy during the working day too – after all, we’ll spend about one-third of our lives working.

Every day at work, I’m constantly tackling new opportunities, challenges and change. With the wrong mind-set, this might seem exhausting.

To achieve happiness at work, my most helpful shift has been around how I think about meeting each new day. Yes, it’s demanding, but it’s exciting and I’m always learning. I find it helpful to take a step back at least a couple of times a year and appreciate how the varied challenges of my job have helped me develop professionally. Keeping this perspective ensures I wake up in the morning looking forward to the full day ahead.
