The former American Red Cross complex at 65 College Avenue has been officially transformed into a newly renovated 20-unit apartment community by Stern Properties, a valued repeat client we’re proud to continue working with.

Originally a long-standing part of Rochester’s history, the property has been reimagined as modern residential housing, featuring 17 studio apartments and 3 one-bedroom units with updated finishes throughout.

Projects like this are always exciting to see come full circle, preserving the story of a well-known property while helping meet the continued demand for quality housing in Rochester.
