Still alive! Spent last week moving ladders, ladder jacks and walk board from 3rd floor to 2nd fl in different location, constantly blowing leaves to keep pool area clean and cover pump working. Cut down a tree, wheel barreled 3 ton of gravel uphill and repaired and painted 3rd floor dormer and windows. Hard to be comfortable in weather to cold for t-shirts but to hot for flannel! Vacation very soon!

As an add to the last post, here are a couple photos before and during rehab, it's amazing what sanding 1\4 to 1/2" of rotten, adding bondo, plastic wood, more sanding and polyurethane and caulk to seal; will do. It's a lot of work, especially on a walk board but worth it.

Before and after, disregard the windows, they will be replaced, have to wait 3months for them to ship! Not looking forwa...

I have not been posting because I have retired from roofing, siding and gutters, way to hard finding guys that can and want to work. Still working on my own at the "mansion", it's coming along, realtors making offers but owners not interested, it's becoming a right nice home.

Yes, I'm still alive and kicking, like ussual very busy and Facebook is last on my list! Finished master bath, getting ready to turn a bedroom into a master closet. Installed a burglar alarm on 4 floors, in process of installing wifi cameras. Making a custom vanity/ bench seat/ extra storage for master bath and a bunch of other things.

Sorry I have not been on here...I got a new phone and between a very hectic schedule and trying to change over phones, I lost access to facebook (not such a bad thing!) I still cant get on my newest personal account but got back into here! Winter is knocking and I'm trying to clean up work outside and move back inside to work. Will try and update as I can.

Its been raining for two weeks so outside repairs are on hold, busted out tile and concrete for a tub faucet and another for a shower. Installed new pex water lines and valves. Waiting on tile to button up. I also have a lot of tree branches to send through a wood chipper..prob Monday. OH yea and power washed all front and installed 200 ft of gutter leaf protection.

Finished with the bay windows structure! After catching up on a bunch of other smaller projects around the house, the rest of the front outside should be a lot easier with the pump Jack's up.
