One of our favorite commercial reroof projects to look back on!

This project at Eastern Oregon University – Inlow Hall featured a stunning 4-color blend of Ludowici 18” Straight Barrel Mission Clay Roof Tile installed over Westlake Royal High Temp Tile Seal, delivering both beauty and long-term performance.

From the tear-off phase to the final installation, our team took pride in every detail. These photos showcase the transformation from before to after, highlighting the craftsmanship, planning, and teamwork that went into bringing this historic-looking roof system to life.

This was one of the sharpest roof transformations we’ve completed, with incredible attention to detail from start to finish.

Not only did we perform a full roof replacement, but we upgraded this home with a premium IKO Armourshake Class 4 Impact-Resistant Roofing System, designed to withstand severe weather while delivering the beauty of a designer shake roof. Ultra ridge cap and W-valley Metal 24 ga custom made . 

🔨 Project Highlights:

✔ Permeable synthetic underlayment for improved roof performance and ventilation by BigFoot
✔ Custom-built dual crickets to eliminate major ponding water areas and rusted metal

✔ Custom sloped drainage design to move water efficiently away from critical roof areas
✔ Complete attention to detail from tear-off to final cleanup

Our crew absolutely knocked this project out of the park and completed it before the next windstorm threat moved into Hermiston this week!

The 6th house on this Court in Pendleton; now upgraded and we are taking over the street with IKO Dynasty and Nordic systems installed by C and C Roofing 💪🏠 🤣 😆

Complete roof replacement in Pendleton, Oregon.

Check out the before and after transformation in this video 🔥🏠 This home got a full upgrade with IKO Dynasty in Granite Black and the results speak for themselves. Our team did not just replace the roof we focused on every detail.

We removed and replaced all plastic roof components that had been compromised by sun exposure and age, upgrading them to durable metal components built to last 🔩 The before shots show the true condition of the roof with missing tabs and exposed fiberglass mat throughout the shingles.

We installed IKO Dynasty high wind resistant shingles rated to handle winds up to 130 mph 💨 giving this home the protection it needs against the recent gusts we have been seeing.

Day 4 update, halfway through the installation 🔥

We’re right in the middle of this transformation and the progress is showing in a big way 🏠

With the roof now halfway installed, you can clearly see the system coming together from the underlayment to the shingle installation. Every section is being installed with precision to ensure long term durability and high wind performance

We have also completed the full tear off on the detached garage and pump shed, getting everything prepped and ready for the next phase

This is where the vision really starts to come to life. Clean lines, solid prep work, and a high end finish in the making

Day 1 on a BIG transformation 🔥

We’re kicking off an exciting project here at C & C Roofing, taking this defective tile roof and transforming it into a beautiful IKO Armourshake in Shadow Black 🏠

This upgrade is going to completely change the look of this home and boost its curb appeal with a high end designer finish. We completed a similar roof for the neighbors a few years ago, and now it is this home’s turn to shine
