Leroy’s Excavating would like to send condolences to the Andrew Ceballes family. Andrew had worked for many years here with us in the 1980’s and was a great employee, and friend. May his soul Rest In Peace and we continue to pray for his family.

One of the items we have been messing with is installing asphalt millings for driveways and parking lots. Here we were given the project for Santa Clara Corporation to get the processed material on the roadway into the Black Mesa Golf Course…this process should really help out on keeping dust issues down on the entire roadway as well as using recycled materials…

This past week we were invited by sheriff Billy A. Merrifield and the Rio Arriba County Office in
attending the monthly meeting of the local police
departments of tribal, city, state and county
departments. Also attending were city and magistrate
courts and District Court staff. I was so impressed
the way all the departments are able to come to the
table and discuss issues plaguing our community!!!
I commend the sheriffs department and all the local
agencies for finally stepping up to the plate and
getting things done to help the community with these
Justice League meetings!!! If you are a business
