This recognition reflects how far we've come and the momentum we continue to build. From expanding our team and growing our presence in new markets to creating new opportunities for our people, it's been an exciting period of growth for our company.

Our next Careers in Construction Month spotlight introduces Willie Knight, who was recently promoted to Assistant Superintendent on our West Texas project! 🦺

After serving in the Army and spending several years in law enforcement, Willie wanted a career that would allow him to be more present for his daughter. Construction had already been part of his life, making it a natural fit for his next chapter.

Today, he brings those experiences to the jobsite, where communication, awareness, organization, and leadership guide how he approaches his work. Willie takes pride in recognizing his crew members’ strengths, preparing them for what’s ahead, and making sure their efforts are valued. He credits the trust he’s been given at TGC with allowing him to take ownership of his work and lead his crews with confidence.

Our Careers in Construction Month spotlights continue with Director of Business Development Janelle Becker!

Janelle grew up around construction through her father’s work as a developer and knew early on that she wanted to be part of the AEC industry. Her career took her through property management, marketing, and proposals before she found her place in business development.

Each role gave her a different view of the industry, but connecting people and building lasting relationships became the focus of her career. Today, Janelle brings that perspective to TGC, drawing on her experience to understand what clients need and help develop opportunities for our team.

For Careers in Construction Month, we’re sharing the stories of TRINITY team members and the different paths that have led them to where they are today.

We’re kicking things off with Project Accountant Nate Perry! Nate spent three summers interning with TGC before joining the team full time, building on each year’s experience as he learned more about the industry and his place in it.

Now a full-time Project Accountant, Nate describes being trusted with responsibilities he “never thought possible.” His perspective on TGC comes from experiencing both sides of that transition: learning the business as a summer intern and returning to start his career. And when asked what makes TRINITY more than a workplace, his answer is simple: “It feels like family here.”

We’re proud to have been part of Nate’s career from the beginning and to see him continue building his future with TGC.

A meaningful way to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💗

Last week, TRINITY attended the 20th Annual Lombardi Women celebration in support of breast cancer research at Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center. We heard firsthand about advances in research and treatment and joined a community that raised more than $600,000 in one evening to support this work.
