Baldwins Customized Sprinklers is looking for Landscape Installation Employees - We offer competitive pay, overtime opportunities and ambitious advancement within our company (aka, more money for you!)

Baldwin’s Customized Sprinklers is quickly expanding and looking to add to our team. Our employees enjoy a friendly atmosphere, a full schedule currently out until September (ensuring you won’t have to go without pay because of a lack of work) and performance based raises. Our company is known for the great service that we provide for both our customers and employees alike.

We’re looking for someone willing to work hard and learn lots, experience isn’t needed as we are happy to show you the ropes. However, if you come to the table with prior experience, you can expect that to be reflected in your pay. We are offering a starting pay range of $12.50 to $16 based on amount of experience. Hours available range from 25 to 40 a week with about 10 hours of additional over time available per week. Our current employees make an average of $1600 gross pay per check.

Our employees are expected to help with the many aspects of landscape installation including but not limited to: cleaning out trenched dug by our trencher, installing sprinkler pipe and heads, sod prep and installation, and flower bed installation.
