These homeowners wanted a cleaner look, and more energy efficiency. Justin Gann Construction Services gave them that and a lot more.
We changed out all the windows in the house to more energy efficient windows. We installed Versatex trimmings around all the windows and doors. Installed a New Front Door, New Porch Posts, a New Front Step, a New Sliding Glass Door and Picture window in the back, we fixed the side of the porch that was rotted, Whole House Paint Job, and new Electrical Fixtures.

Wow, That's a lot.

One of my current clients dreamed of having a maintenance free deck for herself and her family to enjoy. My employees and myself at Justin Gann Construction Services Inc. made that happen for her. Her new cottage color, Fiberon composite deck, with Key link Black Aluminum railings is designed to serve her and her family for the next 30 years!!

New Outdoor Kitchen/Bar area for a local Carbondale Family. Simple, elegant, and affordable design, with all the amenities.

1. Sleek Track Lighting to light those late-night get togethers.
2. Open Design that maximizes under roof potential.
3. Acacia Butcher Block Countertop made weatherproof. Made Removable for maintenance, if necessary.
4. The Black Roof and black iron accenting is contrasted by the M-Loc Galvalume walls providing the desired amount of visual interest.

JGCS Inc. still has to return in the spring of 2026 to apply the homeowners' choice of stain to the pressure treated lumber. But even without that aspect in place, things turned out very nicely.

This homeowner wanted a small sitting deck nestled into his existing landscape. Only 6' x 12', but what it lacks in size it makes up for, in being the perfect spot to wake up step out your bedroom door and breathe in that lovely country air. It's what living in Southern Illinois is all about.

2000 Sqft Deck Remodel.

We started from a deck that was rotting away and ended with a beautiful 2 Tone Composite Clad Deck with PVC Railings, Aluminum Balusters, and Solar Lighted Post Caps to light the staircases and strategic points around the deck at night. The frame was rebuilt to withstand the next 25 years. New staircases were built, new gates were installed to match the railings, and a relocation of the pump and pool equipment off of the deck was achieved to give the homeowner and her family more room to play!

Tudor Cottage Style Renovation. Originally Done in the 70's. Lasted a long time, but eventually that maintenance needs taken care of. Six new windows, a new French door in the rear, and extensive patching to the RB&B siding on the backside. Also, an all-new low maintenance front exterior. Whole house paint job to boot. Homeowners are now set for many years to come.
