Water damage job in Evart. Removed kitchen cabinets, removed flooring, repaired water damage, and put flooring back down. Put kitchen back together.

This week at River Valley Builders LLC, We took apart a 105 yr old barn face, with rotten sliding doors and framing. We restored it using the original door tracks and hardware, fixed or reframed what was necessary, replaced broken windows and replaced them with solid antique ones. We put on some new sawmill rough cut to stay period correct and gave it a new coat of paint. From the peak of the roof down to the point that homeowner was comfortable with doing painting... GOOD JOB Team...looks amazing

POWER WASHING...is also something that we do do here at river valley builders LLC....I forgot to take before pics....but believe me when I say ..it was pretty grungy and had moss and algae everywhere....now all beautiful bright white...and we did a small garage roof ....go team

River valley builders...finished another job today...when we arrived...the paint was peeled and drywall paper came with it.....so we finished peeling the wall...three full skim coats of drywall mud...two coats of primer...and two coats of paint...looks amazing... homeowners seem to be quite happy

Here at River Valley Builders LLC out of Hersey MI...we did a good job this week...we peeled of the old roof and put a new one on in coastal blue...then replaced all the old wood soffit with massive squirrel damage ...with new metal soffit and fascia.... good job team
