When I inserted the camera into this sewer line, I wasn’t sure what I was seeing. Once I got it opened, I retrieved the routine cleaning wipes but, to my surprise, also a huge ball of dental floss.

I’m sure that the tenant’s dentist is pleased but their landlord, not so much

Every decision needs to start with a goal. So if you’re on the market for a new furnace, boiler, or ac… what are your goals?

Some people are after efficiency, some warranty, and others are all about the rebate.

But there are some other worthy considerations. How about reliability? What about repairability? If you take the time to really ponder it, you might find that the most efficient doesn’t have the lowest cost of ownership. You might be surprised by what isn’t covered in that long warranty. What about availability of parts? Getting the part shipped from the manufacture free of charge might sound great until you realize that the furnace isn’t going to work until UPS drops off the part next week sometime.
