Thanks for all the love and prayers we have already received. We want to extend our gratitude to the wonderful nursing team at Elizabeth City Health and Rehab for many years of support during mama d’s final days here with us. Although our hearts are broken for the loss of Donald’s beloved mama, Dorothy Riddick, we rejoice with the angels that are lifting her up to that beautiful mansion in the sky! Fly high mama d and do give out some hugs for us, to all of our guardian angels up there. Ya’ll continue to watch over us all down here. ✌️❤️‍🩹🙏👣😇
Funeral arrangements are still pending but are expected to be a private buriel on Friday March 27 at 11am at the family cemetery located near our home place on Harvey Point Rd. All family and friends are invited for lunch and fellowship following the ceremony, at the residence of Donald and Connie Riddick located at 1475 Harvey Point Rd. Hertford NC immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, we ask to send donations to Albemarle Hospice ✌️❤️‍🩹🙏👣😇

Southeastern portions of the area have been upgraded to a Winter Storm Warning given increased confidence in significant snowfall this weekend. Also, strong, damaging winds are expected that may lead to tree/powerline damage as well as blowing/drifting snow.
