This ceiling looks normal to the naked eye.

Our thermal camera highlighted a temperature difference that helped point us toward a potential moisture issue. From there, we used moisture meters to confirm elevated moisture levels.

Thermal imaging doesn’t “see water” but it helps us identify temperature changes that can indicate hidden issues, especially in ceilings and hard-to-reach areas.

The right equipment helps us find problems early before they become bigger.
