That hood could be blocking more than just the cold..

When you’re carrying materials, your hood can limit how far you can turn your head—making it easier to miss a step, trip over something, or bump into an obstacle.

It’s one of those small habits that’s easy to overlook, but safety is often about the little things we remind each other of every day.

If you’re carrying something while wearing a hood, put the hood down and make sure you can see where you’re going.

Sometimes the biggest transformations aren’t adding square footage—they’re changing how the space feels. ✨

By raising the flat ceiling and building a custom scissor truss with beam detailing, this home went from feeling closed in to showcasing its incredible view. Now we’re in the final stages with cabinets installed and countertops on the way.
