Honestly can say good enough things about Scott & his team. TLDR: Timely, reasonable cost, great communication, just hire him you won't regret it.

Longer story- we had a horrible experience with another company coming into our house to quote windows. It almost felt like they wouldn't leave until we signed with them. Crazy high prices and offensive sales tactics. Thankfully my MIL recommended Scott to us. He was prompt coming out to give us a quote- NOT salesy at all, felt like we were discussing windows with a friend. We had our sunroom picture windows replaced first, then ended up having our whole house windows replaced. Great quality windows and they look exactly how we hoped! Our power bill is so much more reasonable now! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Thank you Scott! What a wonderful experience from start to finish!
We love our windows! They are quiet and 10 degrees cooler than our old windows.
We ordered a special color for the outside and even with that they came in and were installed within 4-5 weeks time.
Scott and Todd did a wonderful job. Scott took the time to demonstrate how the windows worked.

Scott was amazing and so was his installers. Great guys to work with I would recommend him highly. I only wish he did other home improvements. I would gladly let him do any and all repairs needed to my home. Hopefully one day he expands into more issues of the home. I will sure call him for windows and anything else he does in the future. And his most important quality is honesty. I was ready to sign with another company and he cut my price in half. And has a great warranty. So for a great deal and product and honesty and workmanship Riley’s replacement windows can’t be beat.

Just outstanding. I'm not hard to please, but I have expectations and Scott exceeded them all.

First, Scott is personable, professional and friendly. Explained my window options and made suggestions I took advantage of. Gave me a very fair price for the 8 windows I had replaced. Great guy to talk to, certainly no sales pressure.

Second, he gave me a time and date and his installer Todd was on time - to the minute - and readily got to work. When he was finished, I noted that there was zero mess inside my house, the windows were fitted perfectly, all the old windows were disposed of and he even color matched the caulking!

If you've ever dealt with contractors, so many don't return calls, don't show up on time and do mediocre work, but not these folks. Total professionals, great work, on time, and fairly priced. I couldn't have asked for any more. Even got a no-charge lifetime warranty. They have 5 stars for a reason.
