We want to provide one of our wonderful customers with a gift, AGAIN🐣We are offering a $100.00 gift certificate to the lucky winner. All you need to do is comment your first and last name! We will put all names on cards and draw one on Tuesday April 7th, 2026.
Whoever is pulled, our office staff will send a private message to get your information. You can use the $100.00 toward labor hours only for plumbing services that you need.
The gift certificate will be valid for ONE year and will expire on April 7th, 2027.

Happy snow day Monday! ❄️

Our office is closed, but our phones are open. For today, we do not have technicians running service calls due to road conditions. We are aware that so many people are having plumbing problems, but our main goal is everyones safety. The office phones are forwarded, so if anyone is having problems, we can take information and put on the schedule.

We do plan on being back tomorrow: office staff and technicians. Give us a call at 828-324-0028.

🌨️ Happy ❄️ DAY ☃️ … again

With all of this cold weather, we want to give everyone some tips to try and prevent any plumbing problems that can happen, that can cause a so not fun snow day. 🪠

- Keep your heat consistent throughout your home, day & night.
- Drip faucets: allow a slow & steady drip of cold water.
- Circulate warm air: open some cabinets under sinks to allow warm air to reach the pipes under your sinks.
- Insulate exposed pipes: use pipe sleeves, heat tape, or insulation on pipes in crawlspaces, garages, outside faucets, and/or basements. NOTE: if you are unsure how to do this, or limited on someone to help, feel free to give us a call & we can try to help!
- Seal air leaks: use caulk to seal around gaps around pipes, dryer vents, and other areas where cold air can enter.
- Protect outdoor faucets: disconnect garden hoses, turn water off to outdoor spigots, and drain them.
- Close all doors that have exposed water lines behind them.

We hope everyone has a fun filled and safe snow weekend. We do have our emergency line open, but please be aware that the driving conditions are unsafe. We want to help everyone, but the safety of our technicians and others on the roads will be our top priority.

Hi all! Happy Tuesday ❄️

We are OPEN! Our office staff will be in tomorrow, Wednesday 1/28/26 at 10am. If you call, we will receive phone calls before that as well.

We are being very cautious where we go so our vans & technicians do not get stuck.
