I was able to process some more compost/ peat today. And delivered two different loads to customers and was able to load another pickup. It’s peaceful out here on the property! Even the turtles are enjoying the warm weather.

New prices for this year is $17 per .5 cubic yard bobcat bucket scoop. I will be able to do delivery but on a limited schedule as I still have my full time employment that I have to go too. The price for delivery will depend on location of delivery and can be discussed before delivery. I will be trying to make it out to the property this weekend to work on getting some product screened and ready to go

It’s been too wet out to make it out to screen any product. I will be checking it out tomorrow to see if I can get the bobcat back there without getting stuck. But it’s looking like it will be a wet mess back there tomorrow.

Spent some time clearing some of the trails through the woods today. Still too wet back there to start screening product. Cut this tree up that had fallen sometime over the winter and cut more branches/ little trees that had fallen across the trails.

I can’t not wait for the weather to be better! So I can get the bobcat out and start screening some product to be prepared for the spring rush.

I will be setting prices here within the next week. I know prices will be a little higher than they used to be due to cost of maintenance on the equipment and fuel. I know my father, Eric Stairhime, always tried to keep cost to a minimum but now myself I live approximately 30 minutes from the property and work a full time job myself. So please bare with me as the season begins. I will be doing my best to get everyone the peat/compost that they would like.

We currently have the Bobcat S185 that we use to screen the peat & compost. The front end loader works sometimes but other times it does not. And the newest addition is a almost 7 foot wide by 14 foot long dump trailer, which will be used to deliver peat/ compost to customers that don’t have a way to get it.
