All Dry USA, a 24 hour emergency service company specializing in Water, Fire and Mold Restoration is seeking experienced Restoration/Mitigation technicians, who are looking to work in a fast-paced environment where customer service is the number one priority. Mitigation Technicians are responsible for responding to emergency and non-emergency service jobs to perform advanced techniques for water and fire mitigation, as well as, remediate areas damaged by mold, water or fire.
Responsibilities
• Perform emergency board up, water extraction, and fire mitigation services efficiently and safely
• Prepare rooms / areas for work activities to include setting up staging areas and equipment
• Perform demolition and general clean up
• Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing debris
• Set drying equipment and complete moisture mapping
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to include securely storing equipment, tools and supplies while not in use
• Interface with customers and relay information to Project Manager and Superintendent when appropriate
• Complete paperwork, upload documents, and provide job updates into the company database as needed
• Maintain warehouse, equipment, tools in clean and working condition
• Ensure the company vehicle is fully stocked and clean and orderly at all times
Required Qualifications
• Clean driving record and Valid Driver's License a MUST
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools, lift 50 LBS and occasionally climb ladders, stoop, bend, kneel, and work in extreme hot, cold and humid conditions
• Participate in an on-call schedule for after-hours service calls
