Okay so let’s get real for a sec…

It’s a common strategy to do this:

To say “starting at”

Starting at 7499

Yeah… Okay…

But where does it END?

That’s the real question…

And that’s totally fair.

Because guess what?

Not all roofs are only 7499.

Some are 10k, 20k, and more.

It depends on a bunch of things.

Like the type of roof.

Shingles are less than standing seam metal roofs.

And flat roofs, like in the city, are priced differently as well.

Different materials.

Different work.

Different everything.

The important thing is this:

If you see companies advertising like this, it’s to get your attention.

But it shouldn’t be to mislead you.

Some roofs ARE 7499, and some are more.

At the end of the day, everyone really wants the same thing:

A good roof.

A good experience.

A company that’s gonna be there to talk to 20 years from now.

And to tie it all together…

A fair price.
