We will be scheduling winter service starting the first of October. It is hard to believe how hot it still is and fall is Tuesday September 22. If it cools down we might be able to start sooner. Don’t forget to get your furnace serviced before winter.

We offer financing as well for new installations on Daikin equipment. If you are considering upgrading your furnace before winter, then this could be a good time to consider replacement. Save money on your utility bills with a Daikin Fit system. More comfort due to modulation of heating and air on some of the new systems. If your furnace is over 15 years old, then a major failure could happen sooner than later.

With the heat your air conditioner is working harder. Make sure your air filters are clean. The run time is more so the air filters will get dirty quicker and cause low air flow. Low air flow will cause the system to have lower capacity and increase your electric cost.

We are now scheduling spring service. We will be calling our customers to remind them it is time to check your air conditioners. Some of the warranties require you to have records of service on your system. If you have not changed your filter it is a good time to do that. This winter had longer run times due to weather and your filters had to filter more and got dirtier quicker.
