Friends, I am looking for an indoor space I can borrow or rent once in a while for a few days at a time. It needs to be heated/air-conditioned and at least 200 square feet. I would use it either for carpentry projects or spray painting items as cabinets, doors and such.
I am very thorough about masking and cleaning up after myself!

I took apart and redone a very bad skylight removal. They left the skylight structure and framed it with 2x2s. No insulation! That will always move with the temperature difference and crack. Add really bad drywall patching and you should not get paid.
Folks, please don't pay for this kind of work! The guy will only get worse. Run him out of business!
I removed everything from the attic. Cut out a larger section of drywall. Framed it properly and restored the insulation. Then patched it smooth, stain-killed and painted the entire ceiling. No sign of a patch left and no future cracking.
WENCED IT!
