🇺🇸 THIS VETERANS DAY, LET’S SERVE THOSE WHO SERVED US. 🇺🇸
This November 11, Veterans Day will look a little different at The Heroes Center.
From 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, The Home Depot Foundation and Team Depot volunteers from stores across the Triad will come together on our campus for a major Community Serve Day, helping us continue to build a place where veterans and their families can find community, connection, and support.
Team Depot will be rolling up their sleeves to help transform our campus through:
🎨 Painting the exterior of four campus buildings
🌱 Rebuilding 10 raised garden beds that help provide food for veterans and their families
🪨 Extending and refreshing gravel areas
🌳 Mulching and improving our landscaping
🪑 Assembling 8 new park benches
But we want this day to be about something even bigger.
We are inviting businesses, churches, civic organizations, veteran groups, and other community serve teams from across the Triad to join us.
There couldn't be a more fitting day.
On a day when our nation pauses to honor those who served, our community has an opportunity to honor them through service of our own.

We are incredibly grateful to The Home Depot Foundation, Team Depot, and the volunteers from Home Depot stores across the Triad for investing their time and resources into our veterans and our campus.
Now let's make this a true community day of service.
🇺🇸 Bring your team. Bring your heart. Come serve those who served us.
Together, we can make sure no veteran stands alone.
