CREW LEAD Residential Solar Installer
 !!!! PLEASE READ AD !! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE FOR THIS POSITION !!!!
Qualifications
2 + years of experience with residential solar installation
Experience as a lead
Must be familiar with PV systems, installing racking, installing panels, combiner boxes, disconnects, electrical connections to electrical panels
Must possess prior site construction experience and familiarity with construction site safety practices
Possession of a valid drivers license required
Ability to life, climb, balance, stoop and kneel
Ability to use hand tools
Must be comfortable working at heights in various weather and roof conditions
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a crew of 2-4 installers on a daily basis
Ensure quick and efficient installation of systems
Ensure jobsites are clean and presentable during and after installation
Lead and support install crew and resolve concerns as needed
