Now that’s a crane lift!

Last weekend, crews were hard at work at Santa Rita Elementary lifting approximately 15 new rooftop HVAC units onto the school. Santa Rita is slated to receive 27 new RTUs as part of the project.

With limited space available to position the crane at Santa Rita, the operation requires a larger crane than would normally be used, making careful planning and coordination especially important.

And the work continues. We’ll be back in the district with Columbia Contracting Corporation this weekend for another crane lift as construction continues moving forward.

Another successful project in the books!

This week, E3 officially closed out our design-build modernization project with Carrizo Springs CISD with a presentation to the Board of Trustees.

From replacing 110+ aging HVAC units to improving controls, roofing, building envelopes and lighting, this project addressed long-standing facility challenges while creating healthier, more comfortable and more efficient learning environments across the district.

We’re proud of what we accomplished together and grateful to Carrizo Springs CISD for their partnership and trust in E3.
