👤 Rob Wierick brings more than 30 years of world-class architecture and design-build leadership, including iconic hospitality and entertainment projects across the globe. After sensing a clear calling in 2013, Rob founded SYNC to devote his expertise exclusively to serving the local church—helping pastors turn God-given vision into welcoming, mission-driven spaces that remove barriers and fuel growth.

👷‍♂️ Mike leads with a builder’s heart, rooted in faith, integrity, and relationships. With years of corporate-level leadership experience, he believes construction is about more than structures—it’s about trust, collaboration, and people.
