Since the beginning of this diagnosis many of my friends, colleagues and customers requested that we put together a GoFundMe page. While we're typically guilty of not asking for help, this experience has been very humbling. I asked Ashley to go forward with creating this page and share my story. The last few weeks have been a continuous cycle of pain, anger, questions, tears and s**t 💩.
On May 23rd I was diagnosed with advanced stage colon cancer and underwent colon resection surgery with a colostomy. Today begins my fight against this disease, as I start my first round of chemotherapy. I am determined to get back to my family, my business and life as soon as possible.
Thank you to everyone who's reach out and helped Ashley with the kids, dropped off food, called, texted, or anything else. Your love and support has been great appreciated. Much love, Chris.
