Quick update on the Schneider and Gray houses. Started framing Wednesday on the Schneider house and got the basement walls poured today on the Gray house! Moving right along now, hopefully (weather pending) we might be putting a roof on Schneider soon🤞🤞

I'll have pictures of the McMahon house we will be finishing up next week in Bunker Hill soon as well!

Ok, so this home was 5 months from dig date to moving in already! The Wright house was a beautiful design and absolutely loved working with this wonderful couple. I've got some finished up pictures, but we are just waiting on a glass shower door install from onyx and a brick step on the front porch going on early next week(I'm still terrible at taking these photos lol). Homeowners got the COO this week and we're excited to start moving items in already to get out of their old house!

Finally was able to get the Schneider job started and dug today! Still praying for no rain lol. Gotta keep on trucking. ...

Sorry for the long hiatus again, I'm trying to keep everyone updated on our projects, but I'm slacking something fierce on the social media aspect of the business lol🫠🫠

Just a quick update on the McMahon house in Staunton. We're on the painting phase now with cabinets, flooring, and trim work coming in the next week or so! Outside is almost completed with gutters going on in this week hopefully. 🤞☝️ I'll try to post again tomorrow on the Wright house project in St Jacob, with it getting close to being completed in the next couple of weeks!

So the McMahon house is chugging right along! All framed up with the roof on and windows/ doors installed. Ready for Hvac, electric, and plumbing to start so we can get set up for drywall. Siding to start next week.
